Shipping Carriers
Vestrum America ships all orders via FedEx and UPS. We select the carrier based on destination, package size, and delivery timeframe to ensure the most reliable service for your order.

Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We are unable to process orders for delivery outside the US, including US territories not served by our standard carrier network, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has left our facility.

Backorders and Out-of-Stock Items
In the event an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you directly to let you know. You will have the choice to receive a full refund or wait for the item to become available. Restock timelines vary by product and will be communicated to you as soon as we have an update.
